What to put in your message

If your message is about an order, the order number from your Stripe receipt is all we need to find it. If something arrived damaged, a photo saves a round trip and gets the replacement moving the same day. If the question is about the product itself, tell us what turntable you are running and we can be specific rather than generic.

We do not need your card details for anything, ever. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe and we never see a full card number, so nobody at Tonebrush will ask you for one by email.

When you will hear back

We answer within 24 hours on business days, and most messages get a reply the same day they arrive. Weekend messages are read on Monday morning. If more than 24 business hours pass without an answer, check your spam folder before writing again: our replies come from the same address you wrote to, and a small number of them get filtered.

Two things we cannot do by email. We cannot change the delivery address once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, so tell us the same day if you spot a mistake. And we cannot take an order over email, because payment goes through Stripe at checkout and we never handle card details ourselves.

Questions we answer before you buy

Which pieces come in the box?

Three: the velvet block with its clear sliding cover, the stylus brush with the round black head, and the straight detail brush with white nylon bristles. There is no single-brush option on this site, so every order ships as the complete set.

Is the block carbon fiber?

No. The long faces of the block are covered in black velvet, and the two small brushes carry the bristles. If you want the difference explained properly, read carbon fiber versus velvet in our guides.

How long does delivery take?

We pack and hand your parcel to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 8 to 10 business days in total. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Where do you ship?

To 18 countries, listed one by one in our shipping policy. The list matches exactly what our checkout accepts, so if your country appears at checkout, we ship there.

What if it does not suit me?

Every order carries a 30-day money-back guarantee and returns are free. Email us within 30 days of delivery, tell us what went wrong, and we refund or replace.

Do you take wholesale or record store orders?

Yes, write to us with the quantity you have in mind and where you are based. We answer wholesale questions from the same inbox as everything else.

Some answers are already written down. The full component breakdown is on the record cleaning kit page, the velvet block has its own page at anti-static record brush, and the small tool for your cartridge is covered at stylus brush. Buyer feedback, photos included, sits on the reviews page.

For method questions, our how we test page explains exactly what we checked and what we deliberately did not measure. Delivery windows and the country list are in the shipping policy, returns are in the refund policy, and the person who signs the guides is on the about page. If you just want the product, it is on the homepage.
