Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive in 8-10 business days in total, transit included.

Processing and delivery

We pack your parcel and hand it to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days of your payment. From there, count 8 to 10 business days in total for it to reach you. The set is small and light, 3 oz (85 g) in its box, so it travels as a standard tracked parcel rather than freight.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, over the days that follow your purchase. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email contact@recordcleaningbrush.com and we chase the carrier for you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to 18 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. This list matches exactly what our checkout accepts, so if your country appears at checkout, we deliver there. Any customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs

There are none. Free shipping applies to both the one-set and the two-set option, and no handling fee is added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Wrong address or a parcel that never lands

If you spot a typo in your address, email us the same day and we correct it before dispatch. If a tracked parcel stops moving, write to us and we open a case with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full under our refund policy.
