Tonebrush respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why. The site is published by Animouf LLC, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, and hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.
What we collect
When you order, we collect the details needed to fulfill it: name, shipping address, email and payment confirmation. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply and follow up if you write again.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which acts as our payment processor. Your card number, expiry date and security code go to Stripe directly and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the name and address you entered for delivery.
Who your data is shared with
We share your name and address with the carrier that delivers your parcel, because there is no other way to get it to you. That is the entire list. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or track individual visitors.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and warranty obligations require, then deleted. Support emails are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time at contact@recordcleaningbrush.com. We answer within 24 hours on business days and we do not ask you to justify the request.
